Refund and Return Policy for Catoosh Technology Group (CTG)

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

Software-related issues: If the product includes software and is defective or malfunctioning upon arrival, we will accept returns. Software must be unused or unopened for a refund to be processed.

Clear Physical Damage: We accept returns for products that have clear physical damage upon delivery, provided the damage occurred during transit or was due to manufacturing defects.

The product must be examined upon arrival, and you must notify CTG within 48 hours of receiving the goods to report the issue.

Clear physical damage is defined as damage that is immediately visible and apparent upon opening the package.

Return Process:

Notify CTG: Within 48 hours of receiving the product, you must notify us via email at [support@catoosh.com] or by phone at [Customer Service Number].

Return Authorization: CTG will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

Inspection: All returned products will be inspected. If they meet the criteria for a refund, a full refund will be issued.

Non-refundable Products:

Products that have been opened or used, especially software, unless they are defective.

Products that are returned after 48 hours of delivery.

Customized or personalized products.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account after approval.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges, If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
